About the role
We are seeking a Production Worker to join our manufacturing team. In this role you will assemble and produce complex products by interpreting blueprints and using both hand and power tools with precision.
Key responsibilities
- Follow assembly instructions and detailed blueprints.
- Position parts and sub‑assemblies accurately.
- Interpret measurements and verify specifications.
- Troubleshoot malfunctions and make adjustments as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Report errors or issues to supervisors promptly.
- Collaborate with other assemblers to complete final products.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED certificate.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with standard power and hand tools.
