职位概况

负责公司生产设备的日常维护与维修，确保设备安全、稳定运行，降低停机损失。工作地点位于湖州现场。

主要职责

依据维修单及时诊断并处理设备故障。
开展预防性维护，减少设备停机。
执行日常检查、保养及5S清洁。
记录维护过程，确保可追溯性。
提交备件采购申请，管理备件验收。
配合HSE要求，使用个人防护装备并参加安全培训。
参与供应商管理与技术改进。

任职要求

至少技校学历，具备3-5年相关工作经验。
熟悉机械设备及部件的安装、维修、保养，尤其是电机、泵、门、阀门。
能熟练操作钻床、切割机、抛光机等工具。
具备良好的组织、分析和时间管理能力，能够独立完成工作。
熟练使用Microsoft Word、Excel、PowerPoint、Outlook。
能够承受工作压力，具备服务意识。

必备技能
