Facility Maintenance Engineer

About the role

As a Facility Maintenance Engineer at Klüber Lubrication in Huzhou, you will ensure the reliability and safety of production equipment. You will work closely with the maintenance team to keep machines running smoothly, minimise downtime and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on all plant equipment according to work orders.
• Execute daily inspections, identify hidden hazards and address them promptly.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure traceability of all repair activities.
• Follow all FSS, FES and HSE regulations, use PPE correctly and actively participate in safety training.
• Prepare spare‑parts procurement requests, receive and inspect parts, and manage inventory levels.
• Promote technological innovation to improve product quality, production efficiency and reduce labor intensity.
• Manage qualified suppliers, evaluate performance and reinforce safety awareness.
• Adhere to quality and environmental management policies and standards.

Required profile

• Strong diagnostic and repair skills for industrial equipment.
• Ability to work collaboratively with maintenance colleagues.
• Proactive attitude towards safety and continuous improvement.
• Good documentation habits and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Experience with industrial equipment maintenance.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures.
• Familiarity with spare‑parts inventory management.
