Abercrombie & Fitch 旗下品牌 Hollister 在上海世纪汇广场门店招聘服装导购/品牌代表。品牌代表负责让门店体验生动呈现，与顾客真诚互动，传递品牌精神，并维护包容友好的环境。

主要职责

  • 为顾客提供热情周到的服务，主动了解需求并提供产品推荐与搭配建议
  • 协助补货，保持卖场整洁有序，按尺码整理商品并落实陈列标准
  • 在收银台准确高效处理购买和退换货，提供友好的结账服务
  • 支持缺货订购、门店自提及线上订单打包发货

任职要求

  • 中文流畅
  • 能营造热情、包容的顾客体验
  • 能适应快节奏环境，兼顾顾客服务与日常事务
  • 条理清晰、注重细节，工作可靠且出勤稳定
