职位概况

负责微博平台潮流视频内容的达人拓展、活动策划及生态资源整合，打造高质量的潮流创作者矩阵，提升内容产出与商业变现。

主要职责

  • 挖掘并引入潮流视频达人，完成创作者入驻、激活及内容孵化。
  • 策划并落地符合潮流调性的线上线下活动及跨界合作。
  • 整合潮流品牌、独立设计师及 MCN 机构资源，推动内容运营与商业变现。

任职要求

  • 热爱潮流时尚，具备优秀审美与品牌敏感度，本科以上，1-3 年相关工作经验。
  • 拥有潮流圈达人或 MCN 资源，具备出色的拓展、沟通与谈判能力。
  • 熟悉微博、抖音、小红书、B 站等平台机制，有平台运营经验者优先。
  • 结果导向，自我驱动，抗压能力强，具备跨团队协作能力。

必备技能

  • 熟悉微博及其他主流社交平台的运营规则。
  • 具备达人资源拓展与活动策划执行能力。
