职位概况

负责老年入住评估、医疗档案完善、医嘱录入等工作，协助主管医生，确保老人安全舒适。

主要职责

协助主管医生工作，服从安排并定期汇报。
负责入住老人的评估及失能等级评估。
完善入住后老人的医疗档案。
录入医嘱、交班、观察、记录、诊疗报告等信息。
每日查房，依据老人情况更新医嘱和观察记录。
参与多学科团队，制定并补充照护计划。
遵守职业道德，保密老人信息，遵守法律法规。

任职要求

严格遵守集团职业道德规范，尊重老人隐私和尊严。
确保老人生活安全、舒适，信息严格保密。
遵守现行法律法规和公司规定。
