职位概况

在照护主管和护士的指导下，为养老机构的长者提供预防性照护、健康教育及日常生活照料，确保其身心健康、生活舒适。

主要职责

接待、安置新入住长者并与家属沟通。
及时响应长者呼叫，协助其日常活动及转移，防止跌倒。
组织并参与康复训练、娱乐活动，促进长者自主活动能力。
进行生活计划、卫生照护、舒适照护及健康状况观察。
建立、更新长者档案，参与自主活动能力或失能程度评估。

任职要求

遵守职业道德规范，尊重长者隐私与尊严。
严格执行机构规章制度和技术操作规范。
具备良好的倾听与沟通能力，能够耐心陪伴长者及其家属。

必备技能

熟悉养老护理流程与安全操作规范。
能够进行基本的生活护理（梳洗、沐浴、口腔护理等）。
