职位概况
TransPerfect 在上海招聘客户服务助理，负责在客户与内部项目团队之间搭建桥梁，确保项目顺利交付并满足客户需求。
主要职责
- 响应客户新项目需求，启动并监控项目进度。
- 根据项目指令提供预算、时间表并预估风险。
- 与翻译及制作团队协作，评估工作范围并估算成本。
- 作为客户与内部团队的主要联络点，管理客户期望并确保交付质量。
- 处理客户投诉，进行故障排除并在提交前解决缺陷。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，具备1-2年客户服务或项目管理经验。
- 优秀的中英文书面及口头沟通能力。
- 良好的组织、分析和问题解决能力。
- 能够在团队环境中有效安排任务并接受新挑战。
必备技能
- 熟练使用 MS Office。
