About the role
The Negotiation Expert will support Bosch Group’s centralized procurement function by driving cost‑reduction initiatives, building negotiation expertise across the organization, and contributing to digital product development.
Key responsibilities
- Cost reduction by supporting negotiation projects across purchasing units and other functions such as sales and logistics.
- Organise and participate in PEN‑Community meetings, including NEXT (Mechanism of advanced negotiation applying game theory) and Brown Bag sessions.
- Develop and deliver negotiation training (PEN‑Campus), co‑designing workshops based on customer needs.
- Contribute to the digital product NiboPro, supporting its development and ensuring IBP requirements are met.
- Coordinate promotion and marketing of PEN services, handling project and event management.
Required profile
- Advanced degree (Master/Doctorate) in game theory, engineering, natural sciences, mathematics, business administration or related fields.
- 5+ years experience in commercial or technical purchasing, sales or related commercial roles.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical and abstract thinking abilities, innovative and self‑motivated.
- Excellent communication, influence, and moderation/teaching skills.
- Fluent English; additional language skills are advantageous.
