职位概况
负责在上海地区开展生命科学行业的业务拓展与客户管理，向客户提供翻译、临床文档管理等本地化解决方案。使用英文作为工作语言，与国内外团队协作。
主要职责
- 通过客户服务、追加销售和交叉销售管理并拓展现有业务。
- 识别潜在客户，开展冷电话、网络及展会等方式开发新客户。
- 与销售管理团队合作，筛选、跟进并完成销售机会。
- 向客户推广TransPerfect的各类服务并提供项目支持。
- 协调生产管理团队，确保交付满足客户期望，处理定价及合同事务。
任职要求
- 1-5年客户管理或业务拓展经验，优秀应届毕业生亦可。
- 具备良好的英文沟通能力，能够使用英文进行工作。
- 了解生命科学行业或有相关背景者优先。
必备技能
- 诚信服务、以客户为中心的工作态度。
- 能够在快节奏环境中多任务处理。
- 良好的跨文化团队合作能力。
