职位概况
负责公司整体质量管理体系的搭建与完善，统筹质量控制工作，确保产品符合质量标准并持续改进。
主要职责
- 统筹公司总体质量管理工作，建立质量控制体系。
- 完善质量管理流程与制度，并推动有效实施。
- 带领品质管理团队，实现公司质量管理的战略目标。
- 与公司内部各部门及国内外客户进行有效沟通，传递质量需求。
- 及时处理生产过程中的质量问题并制定解决方案。
- 督导下属工作，开展培训，挖掘并提升员工潜力。
任职要求
- 机械、焊接或相关专业本科以上学历。
- 接受过ISO9001、ISO14001等质量管理体系培训。
- 5年以上工作经验，3年以上质量经理或品质经理岗位经验。
- 熟悉钢结构或金属制造业的产品技术质量管理。
- 具备较熟练的英文听说读写能力。
必备技能
- 熟悉ISO9001质量管理体系。
- 熟悉ISO14001质量管理体系。
- 钢结构质量管理经验。
- 金属制造质量管理经验。
