职位概况
负责公司整体质量管理体系的搭建与优化，统筹质量控制工作，确保产品符合质量标准并满足客户需求。
主要职责
- 统筹公司总体质量管理工作，建立并完善质量控制体系。
- 制定并实施产品质量管理制度，持续改进质量流程。
- 带领品质管理团队，实现质量管理的战略目标。
- 与各部门及国内外客户有效沟通，提供高效的售后质量服务。
- 及时处理生产过程中的质量问题并提出解决方案。
- 督导并培训下属，挖掘员工潜力。
任职要求
- 机械、焊接或相关专业本科以上学历。
- 接受过ISO9001、ISO14001等质量管理体系培训。
- 5年以上工作经验，3年以上质量或品质经理经验。
- 熟悉钢结构或金属制造业的产品技术质量管理。
- 具备较熟练的英文听、说、读、写能力。
