职位概况
负责为ZJG现场员工提供职业健康与临床医疗服务，开展健康评估、应急响应及健康促进活动，支持区域团队工作。
主要职责
- 为现场员工提供临床诊疗、健康评估和适岗评估。
- 管理慢性病患者的治疗方案，跟踪康复进度。
- 负责现场应急响应及出行健康咨询。
- 开展案例管理，制定并执行返回工作计划。
- 组织健康评估项目，编制健康报告。
- 提供健康促进、疾病预防及健康教育培训。
- 参与区域职业健康团队，推动制度与项目落地。
任职要求
- 10年以上医学相关工作经验，持有效医师执业资格证。
- 全科或内科背景优先，具职业健康或企业健康管理经验者优先。
- 具备良好的沟通能力，能够与相关方清晰、及时沟通。
- 英语听说读写流利。
