职位概况
负责本部门的生产运营管理，确保生产安全、质量达标并符合公司制度及法律法规。
主要职责
- 依据公司主计划组织安排生产，保障安全与质量。
- 监督、协调各车间生产进度，跟踪计划完成情况。
- 组织生产会议，及时解决执行异常。
- 审核车间原始数据，完善绩效考核制度。
- 优化生产运营流程，推动部门间沟通协作。
- 识别、评估并控制生产过程中的环境因素，管理危废及化学品泄漏。
- 开展现场人员技能及环保意识培训，监督劳保用品使用。
- 完成上级交办的其他任务。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，机械或工程类专业。
- 5年以上生产管理经验，3年以上团队管理经验。
