Job description
职位概况
面向2027届应届毕业生的电气机电管培生岗位，工作地点位于江苏南通海安培养基地，提供食宿。
主要职责
- 负责垃圾焚烧发电厂电气系统（发电机、变压器、配电装置）的日常运维与故障排查。
- 参与设备的安装调试、维护保养及技术改造，协助编制维护计划并优化运行效率。
- 管理设备台账与技术档案，参与数字化管理系统建设。
任职要求
- 2027届本科及以上学历，电气工程及其自动化、机电工程、自动化、过程装备与控制工程等专业。
- 英语CET-4及以上，具备细致严谨的工作态度，能适应现场工作并具备抗压和沟通能力。
- 可接受异地外派，具备自主学习能力。
必备技能
- 熟悉PLC编程和DCS系统操作。
- 持有电工证，具备CAD绘图能力。
