About the role
Schaeffler is looking for a motivated Maintenance Technician to join its production facility in Nanjing. You will be responsible for keeping electrical and mechanical equipment running smoothly, supporting production uptime and contributing to continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain, repair, install and set up electrical and mechanical equipment, machines, tools or parts used in the production facility.
- Assist in planning maintenance schedules and execute the assigned maintenance tasks.
- Analyse technical issues, complete repairs and process work orders related to electrical systems.
- Execute ramp‑up, setup and start‑up procedures to prepare machines and equipment for operation.
- Support on‑site installation projects and collaborate with responsible engineers.
- Maintain up‑to‑date technical documentation for processes and equipment.
Required profile
- Vocational training in Electronics or Mechanics with 1‑3 years of relevant experience, OR
- Undergraduate degree in Electronics or Mechanics with 1‑3 years of relevant experience.
