职位概况

负责品牌客户的开拓与维护，达成公司广告业绩指标。工作地点位于上海虹口区，薪资区间15K-25K人民币/月。

主要职责

开发并维护品牌客户，完成既定广告业绩目标。
熟悉抖音、红书等线上媒体广告产品，提供方案策划。
定期拜访、回访客户，收集需求并拓展新客户资源。
跟踪工作结果，进行数据汇总分析并提出优化建议。

任职要求

本科以上学历，广告媒体行业背景优先。
3年以上广告销售经验，拥有客户资源者优先。
性格外向开朗，具备出色的沟通、学习、谈判能力。
高度责任心，抗压能力强，具备团队合作精神。
