Senior Commercial Strategy Consultant

About the role

Veeva’s China Business Consulting Group is expanding its commercial consulting practice for life‑science companies. As a Senior Commercial Strategy Consultant you will lead workstreams that design and deliver digital and commercial innovations for top pharmaceutical clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead one or more workstreams in project engagements, managing scope, quality, resources, risk and timelines.
• Design, build and deliver project deliverables that meet defined goals and objectives.
• Serve as the primary client contact for operational questions, building trusted relationships both in‑person and remotely.
• Mentor and manage Associate Consultants, supporting their skill development.
• Contribute to business development, proposals and thought‑leadership initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with an excellent academic record.
• 3+ years of consulting or in‑house business operations experience.
• Experience in life‑science commercial operations or commercial excellence consulting.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and project‑management capabilities.
• Ability to travel roughly 50% and the right to work in China.
