Solution Consultant – Clinical Operations (China)

About the role

Veeva is seeking a Solution Consultant for Clinical Operations in China to act as a product expert within the sales team. You will work closely with account partners to understand customers’ clinical trial challenges and demonstrate how Veeva Vault Clinical Suite can address them.

Key responsibilities

• Identify business challenges, clinical trial objectives and regulatory requirements together with account partners.
• Design and deliver high‑impact demos, workshops and conference‑room pilots that showcase Veeva Clinical Operations solutions.
• Lead technical aspects of the sales cycle, including responding to RFPs and RFIs.
• Configure and maintain demo environments to reflect the latest product features and clinical workflows.
• Collaborate with professional services, strategy and customer success teams to ensure customer success and capture market feedback.
• Support marketing initiatives by creating content, recording product videos and presenting at industry events such as the China RDQ Summit.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Life Sciences Clinical Operations (e.g., CRA/CTA, Clinical IT Business Partner, or clinical software vendor).
• 2+ years of software pre‑sales or training experience for clinical organisations.
• Strong knowledge of the clinical trial lifecycle, GCP compliance and site‑sponsor workflows.
• Professional proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese.
• Willingness to travel 30‑40 % across China.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with digital clinical platforms such as Veeva Vault eTMF and CTMS.
• Familiarity with SaaS/Cloud architecture and clinical software integration models.
