负责光学元件、精密加工及相关镀膜、金属化、蚀刻产品的市场开拓与客户维护，提供技术解决方案，完成销售目标。
主要职责
- 开发并维护光学元件、镀膜、玻璃金属化及蚀刻业务客户。
- 深入了解公司技术优势，为客户提供专业方案。
- 制定并执行销售策略，跟进项目全流程。
- 收集行业动态与竞争信息，反馈产品改进需求。
任职要求
- 大专及以上，光学、材料、物理等理工科优先。
- 2年以上B2B销售经验，具光学元件或精密加工行业背景。
- 具备技术理解力，能快速掌握光学镀膜、金属化、蚀刻工艺。
- 良好商务谈判与跨部门协作能力，能适应高频出差。
