职位概况
设备维保工（电工）负责按照计划对生产及非生产设备进行维护、检修和改造，确保设备安全、稳定、长效运行。
主要职责
- 按照维护保养计划执行设备的日常保养和检修。
- 对生产设备进行故障排查、维修和改造。
- 服从班组和车间工作安排，协助完成日、周、月例行工作。
任职要求
- 年龄25-35岁，大专及以上学历。
- 电工岗位需持有有效电工证。
- 钳工岗位需具备基本的机械、电气专业知识。
- 能够适应倒班工作。
必备技能
- 电工证书。
- 机械基础知识。
- 电气基础知识。
