Legal Counsel

About the role

SK hynix Dalian Memory Technology and Manufacturing is seeking a Legal Counsel to support its high‑volume memory fab operations. The role focuses on contract management, compliance, and dispute resolution within a fast‑moving semiconductor environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate standard contracts and other legal documents.
• Provide legal consultation on a range of matters, including personal data protection and export control.
• Manage company litigation and arbitration cases, coordinating with external law firms.
• Review articles of association, corporate resolutions, and other governance documents.
• Maintain original contract records and oversee law‑firm engagements.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in legal affairs, preferably within the IT or semiconductor sector.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in law.
• Chinese and U.S. legal qualifications or overseas study experience in the United States are preferred.
• Proficiency in English for contract review; Korean language skills are a plus.
• Understanding of Korean corporate culture and the semiconductor industry.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
