About the role

The Jigs & Tools Warehouse and Flowline Tool Shop Operator supports the Jigs & Tools Department at Airbus Tianjin by managing daily warehouse and tool‑shop activities. The role ensures that parts, tools and consumables are received, stored, and dispatched accurately and safely, helping maintain production stability.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound operations, including goods receipt, storage, distribution and documentation.
• Maintain orderly storage areas and ensure proper placement of items.
• Perform cycle counts and annual physical inventories, reconcile discrepancies and investigate root causes.
• Apply warehouse safety and hygiene standards, operate equipment safely and report any failures promptly.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Production and Logistics to align inbound/outbound schedules.
• Provide on‑the‑job technical training for new staff and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Execute temporary assignments as directed by supervisors.

Required profile

• Professional experience in warehouse or tool‑shop environments, preferably in an industrial or aerospace setting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Good communication skills to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Knowledge of inventory control processes and cycle‑count techniques.
