Working Party Warehouse Management

About the role

The Working Party Warehouse Management role is responsible for overseeing the tooling warehouse in Tianjin, ensuring compliance with Airbus procedures and aviation regulations while supporting global logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Working Party Warehouse in line with Airbus Maintenance Organization procedures and EASA Part/FAR 145 regulations.
• Coordinate international logistics to transport tooling worldwide, respecting customs, IATA and export regulations.
• Apply metrology processes and follow up quality discrepancies identified during calibration checks.
• Oversee tooling procurement and deployment for the Working Party team in coordination with the global warehouse network.
• Support and harmonise part‑145 tooling warehouses globally, aligning with Airbus strategy.
• Lead activities in the Tianjin Tooling Warehouse and validate operating modes with the Quality department.
• Interact with tooling suppliers, managing orders, goods reception and litigation within the OPEX/CAPEX budget.
• Interface between warehouse staff and the Metrology laboratory for quality issue resolution.
• Participate in internal and external audits under EASA Part‑145 / FAR‑145 regulations.
• Prepare shipments, coordinate transportation, and act as the focal point for customs and forwarders (e.g., DHL).
• Maintain health and safety responsibility for all warehouse activities.
• Contribute to digitalisation and innovation projects.

Required profile

• Aviation‑related degree.
• Health‑and‑safety mindset as the top priority.
• Good knowledge of EASA Part‑145 and FAA 145 regulations.
• Strong knowledge of international logistics and procurement processes.
• Experience dealing with multiple suppliers.
• Good knowledge of metrology principles.
• Technical knowledge of aircraft manufacturing and maintenance.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Ability to work autonomously and within a multicultural team.
• Strong team spirit, ownership and proactive problem‑solving.
• High level of computer literacy and innovation mindset.
