Frontline Recruiter (High‑Volume Hiring)

About the role

As a Frontline Recruiter focused on high‑volume hiring, you will be a key partner in attracting, assessing and hiring top talent for PepsiCo. You will work closely with hiring managers, HR business partners and other stakeholders to design and execute strategic hiring plans while delivering a seamless candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to conduct recruitment strategy meetings, analyse hiring needs and create customised recruitment plans.
• Provide market intelligence on talent availability, salary benchmarks and industry hiring trends.
• Act as a trusted talent advisor, guiding managers on inclusive hiring, interview best practices and assessment tools.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies across job boards, social media, employee referrals and networking.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles to reduce time‑to‑find and time‑to‑accept.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer acceptance, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Track and analyse recruitment metrics (time‑to‑find, time‑to‑accept, candidate experience scores) to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in high‑volume recruitment and talent sourcing.
• Strong stakeholder‑management skills and ability to influence hiring managers.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience measuring and reporting recruitment metrics.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering a high‑touch candidate experience.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of end‑to‑end recruitment processes and employer branding.
• Familiarity with structured interviewing frameworks and behavioral assessments.
• Ability to create and maintain talent pipelines using various sourcing channels.
