Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and execution of the business strategy, driving organizational capability development, and representing the people and organization dimension in the regional management team.
• Systematically drive Human Resources activities across the entire employee journey, including talent attraction, performance management, employee engagement/retention, leadership development, and succession planning.
• Design and implement tailor‑made solutions according to business needs, such as change management, culture initiatives, and organizational interventions.
• Collaborate with HR Corporate Experts and HRS on new initiatives within the responsible business area.
• Lead rewards‑related topics for responsible countries in China and the APAC region.
• Play an active role in HR projects as a core member or consultant.

Required profile

• Strategic thinking and acting, competence in organization diagnostics, co‑design and change management.
• Ability to engage in eye‑to‑eye dialogue with all levels, strong facilitation and influencing skills.
• Excellent self‑organization to handle multiple tasks efficiently with high energy, driven by positive enthusiasm and a pragmatic approach.
• Labor law and rewards expertise, compensation scheme design, and change‑management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher, 8+ years solid HR experience, fluent in English communication and writing.
