Expert HK Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking an Expert HK Recruiter to partner closely with hiring managers, understand talent needs, and lead the full recruitment lifecycle for positions in Hong Kong.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define position requirements, target audience and timelines.
• Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, professional networks, international recruitment platforms, social media, internal referrals, talent databases, campus channels and internal transfers.
• Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills and cultural fit.
• Manage the candidate journey through applicant tracking, maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Provide guidance, training and support to hiring managers and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
• Perform other recruitment delivery tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and stakeholders across diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines.
• Fluent spoken and written Cantonese.
