Customer Support Manager

Every day, we get opportunities to make a positive impact on colleagues, partners, customers and society. As a Customer Support Manager you will lead the EDX Customer Support Centre, drive service and parts sales, and ensure smooth transaction flow from enquiry to order.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve the annual target for Service and Parts Sales.
• Drive transaction flow by providing quotes, preparing contracts and sales orders to support the external sales team.
• Evaluate delivery performance, logistics budget and cost of projects, advising the department manager.
• Manage AR collection and coordinate with customers, production, and suppliers.
• Build strong customer relationships, map needs and gather feedback.
• Develop team skills, retain a multi‑skilled, performance‑oriented team.
• Analyze competitive quotations with external sales to secure orders.
• Monitor pricing, produce quarterly forecasts and generate EDX reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in mechanical or chemical engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of service sales experience, preferably in the energy industry and inorganic chemical spare parts.
• Proven experience managing distributors with high integrity.
• Strong business acumen, willingness to learn and travel up to 60%.
• Excellent teamwork and cross‑functional communication skills.
