Commercial Analytics Analyst

About the role

The Commercial Analytics Analyst will turn raw data into actionable insights that drive commercial performance. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, you will design and deliver analytical solutions that support strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Consolidate and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and business insights.
• Develop and maintain business KPIs, analytical models, reports, and dashboards for performance management.
• Improve data quality, consistency, and standardisation through data governance and process optimisation.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate needs into practical analytics, reporting, and visualisation solutions.
• Use tools such as Tableau, FineBI, Power BI, and SQL to deliver effective data solutions.
• Provide analytical support for business planning, performance reviews, forecasting, and commercial initiatives.
• Promote data literacy and best practices through training, documentation, and ongoing support to business users.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Statistics, Data Analysis, Finance or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in commercial analytics, business intelligence, sales operations, financial analysis or similar analytical roles.
• Proficient in SQL and data‑visualisation tools such as Tableau, FineBI or Power BI; experience with Python, R, ETL or data governance is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking, logical problem‑solving, attention to detail and ability to translate data into business recommendations.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English with strong communication and collaboration skills in a multinational environment.
