职位概况
负责硅碳化物（SiC）基板和器件的商业及项目采购，承担业务单元与供应商之间的接口，负责战略与运营议题。
主要职责
- 管理分配的供应商和商品，提供从策略执行到运营跟进及问题关闭的全流程所有权。
- 主导与供应商的商业谈判，确保价格竞争力。
- 执行成本降低和改进计划，具备自驱动的优先级排序和结构化跟踪。
- 推动采购、成本及供应商绩效项目，确保计划、执行及时并产生可衡量成果。
- 通过预判风险、协调纠正措施并跟进直至解决，负责供应商绩效管理。
任职要求
- 供应链、经济、营销、工程或半导体相关专业本科及以上学历。
- 具备商品或项目采购经验，拥有半导体或电子行业背景者优先。
- 能够接受国内外出差。
- 具备数字化工具使用能力，如 Power BI、SAP、Excel。
- 良好的英文书写和口语能力，德语优先。
- 具备跨境协作能力。
- 愿意接受挑战并同时处理多项任务。
