Assistant Business Marketing Manager

About the role

The Assistant Business Marketing Manager will support the execution of go‑to‑market strategies for a portfolio of products, solutions and services, working closely with business and sales leaders to ensure strategic alignment and market success.

Key responsibilities

• Supports execution of go‑to‑market approaches for a designated portfolio encompassing products, solutions, and services, aligning with business strategy and marketing objectives.
• Coordinates New Product Introductions (NPIs), ensuring alignment of marketing strategies and operational execution to optimize market penetration and customer adoption.
• Facilitates collection of robust proof‑points aligned with consumer‑centric strategies, supporting identification of strategic opportunities driven by End‑of‑Life product strategies.
• Acts as an interface to global business unit teams, developing and delivering the regional business plan for the sub‑category based on the agreed strategic plan and annual operating plan.
• Provides local insights on competition, consumer behavior, and market trends to influence global Value Proposition Creation and Product Development Lifecycle Management.
• Supports execution of end‑of‑life plans for products, ensuring smooth transitions for customers through timely communication and alternative solutions.
• Develops category‑specific omni‑channel experiences and shopper journeys, defining “where to play” and “how to win” to achieve strategic business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or vocational education in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Product Management or equivalent.
• No prior experience required with a Bachelor’s degree, or a minimum of 4 years experience with vocational education in Marketing Technology, Medical Technology, Healthcare, Commercial Services Management or equivalent.
