职位概况
我们在上海招聘ASICS品牌店员，负责为顾客提供专业的运动鞋服建议，达成门店销售目标。
主要职责
- 运用专业知识和优质服务满足顾客需求，提供产品建议并解答疑问。
- 执行门店销售标准，完成商品上架、标价、陈列及库存检查。
- 协助店长处理到货、标签贴附及商品美观展示。
- 参与培训，提升销售技巧、ASICS产品及品牌文化认知。
- 保持警惕，协助防损工作并上报可疑行为。
任职要求
- 良好的沟通表达能力，能与顾客建立良好关系。
- 适应快节奏工作环境，具备高效率和抗压能力。
- 热爱运动，积极推广ASICS品牌文化。
- 具备一定的运动品类知识，能够提供专业建议并实现销售目标。
- 接受排班安排，具备职业道德和团队合作精神。
