职位概况
负责公司对外公关、政务及商务外联，统筹舆情管理，制定并执行年度传播策略，提升品牌在行业及媒体的影响力。
主要职责
- 统筹对外公关事务、政府部门及合作单位对接，处理来访接待与突发事件。
- 建立舆情管理SOP，跟踪行业监管及竞争对手舆情，处置12315投诉及负面舆情。
- 制定并落地年度公关传播方案，策划新品上市、品牌大事件等公关战役。
- 撰写新闻通稿、行业观察、演讲稿及媒体访谈提纲，维护核心媒体矩阵。
任职要求
- 大学本科及以上学历，3-5年公关传播相关工作经验。
- 具备严谨的科学论述与生动的故事讲述能力，熟悉广告法、食品安全法等法规。
- 拥有大健康、财经或生活方式类媒体及KOL资源者优先。
必备技能
- 熟练使用Microsoft Office办公软件。
