职位概况
罗技在上海招聘天猫线上客户营销经理，负责天猫平台品类营销的整体规划、活动策划与平台资源对接，推动品类长效增长。
主要职责
- 制定天猫品类中长期营销规划与阶段性目标，搭建品类、人群、营销的运营闭环，优化品类结构与渗透率
- 策划并落地天猫日常及大促的品类营销和用户活动，统筹从策划到效果管控的全流程
- 与天猫平台小二和品类运营保持深度沟通，争取资源位、专场及专项增长项目
- 建立数据监测体系，追踪品类GMV、活动ROI、用户LTV等指标，持续复盘优化
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，市场营销、电子商务、广告学、工商管理等相关专业优先
- 3-5年品牌方天猫客户营销、用户增长或会员运营经验，有完整大促操盘经验
- 熟悉天猫平台规则、行业品类及资源，具备平台对接与竞品分析能力
- 具备跨部门沟通协调能力，抗压能力强
必备技能
- 精通天猫营销工具、生意参谋、CRM用户运营系统
- 用户分层、人群圈选、会员体系搭建
- 数据敏感度与数据分析能力，能优化营销策略
