GTM Manager - Internet Cafes & Esports

About the role

Logitech is looking for a Go-To-Market (GTM) Manager focused on the internet cafe and esports market in Shanghai. The role covers market positioning, pricing and channel strategy, sales enablement and joint tactical execution with regional channel managers and key account teams.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze the market and customer needs in the net cafe and esports industry (chain internet cafes, esports hotels, etc.) and define GTM, pricing, channel and competitive strategies for products and solutions.
• Summarize the core value proposition of products and build high-standard sales toolkits, continuously enabling channel and key account teams.
• Work with regional channel managers and key account sales to run deep dives in key cities, and help design regional penetration tactics and special incentive policies.
• Act as a bridge between front-line business units and back-end teams, collecting real-time market feedback to drive product iteration and precise marketing resource allocation.
• Partner with key account sales to turn successful partnerships with major internet cafe chains or system integrators into benchmark cases and standardized replication across national markets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 5+ years of experience in GTM, product marketing, industry solutions or channel operations.
• Familiarity with the business ecosystem and procurement decision chains of internet cafes, esports hotels or industry system integrators, including equipment refresh cycles.
• Strong project management, business communication and review skills, able to coordinate product, sales and marketing resources.
• Adept at using market data, shipment metrics and competitor dynamics to adjust product and marketing strategies.
