Senior Strategic Partnership Development Manager, APAC

About the role

As a Senior Partner Development Manager at AppsFlyer, you will act as the strategic liaison between AppsFlyer and its most influential media and technology partners across APAC, driving mutual business growth and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Build deep understanding of each partner's business, challenges and opportunities.
• Map and manage key stakeholders across partner organizations to achieve shared goals.
• Develop and execute partnership strategies with top partners such as Meta, Google, TikTok.
• Manage multiple partner relationships with strong planning and prioritization.
• Represent AppsFlyer at industry events and lead GTM initiatives including co‑marketing, product adoption and thought leadership.
• Identify and actualize collaboration opportunities including joint marketing campaigns, shared research and go‑to‑market programs.

Required profile

• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships across all stakeholder levels within partner organizations across SEAPAC & GCR markets.
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken) for partner meetings, executive business reviews and external content.
• Eloquent presentation skills, capable of presenting business and technical topics to partners and public forums.
• Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and understanding of the APAC competitive landscape.
• Proactive problem‑solver who can identify and resolve partnership friction before it escalates.

Required skills

• 5+ years in Partner Management, Strategic Alliances or Business Development within the tech industry.
• Experience managing strategic partnerships across APAC markets.
• Product knowledge of mobile advertising and measurement platforms (MMPs) is a strong advantage.
