Growth Marketing Manager, GCR

About the role

AppsFlyer is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager for the Greater China Region (GCR) to shape customer connections, create meaningful lifecycle touchpoints, and turn marketing influence into tangible pipeline impact.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to evaluate the inbound revenue funnel and understand how marketing activities affect lead quality, sales velocity, and revenue.
• Design scalable inbound strategies, lead regional pipeline analysis, and drive optimization across all marketing channels.
• Set goals and measure performance for ABM programs, content, events, and digital touchpoints, handling planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting.
• Lead implementation and adoption of marketing automation tools for GCR, acting as the main point of contact with Global Marketing Operations.
• Direct paid media efforts (SEM, social, vertical ads, etc.), manage ROI, test‑and‑learn strategies, and link ad performance to pipeline and revenue.
• Own GCR digital assets such as the regional website and landing pages, coordinating day‑to‑day operations with HQ.
• Manage agencies and vendors to execute campaigns, create content, and produce deliverables.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of B2B marketing, growth or revenue‑focused experience, with paid media or field marketing a strong plus.
• Strategic thinker with hands‑on execution ability, comfortable designing cross‑channel plans.
• Excellent analytical skills, able to interpret data, extract insights, and tell clear stories.
• Growth mindset, strong collaboration, and ability to build trust with senior stakeholders.
• Fast, structured, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
