职位概况
电气机电管培生（应届生），面向2027届毕业生，负责垃圾焚烧发电厂电气系统的日常运维与技术改造，提供食宿，培养基地位于江苏南通海安。
主要职责
- 负责发电机、变压器、配电装置等电气系统的运行维护与故障排查。
- 参与设备的安装调试、维护保养及技术改造。
- 协助编制设备维护计划，提升运行效率。
- 管理设备台账与技术档案，参与数字化管理系统建设。
- 完成轮岗学习，掌握生产运营与安全管理等核心环节。
任职要求
- 2027届应届毕业生，本科及以上，电气工程及其自动化、机电工程、自动化、过程装备与控制工程等专业。
- 英语水平良好，已通过CET-4及以上。
- 工作细心严谨，能适应现场工作，具备抗压和沟通能力，能够自主学习并接受异地外派。
必备技能
- 熟悉PLC编程。
- 具备DCS系统操作经验。
- 持有电工证。
- 熟练使用CAD绘图。
