职位概况
负责在阿克苏诺贝尔工厂操作生产设备，确保产出质量并遵守安全规程。
主要职责
- 操作机器和生产设备，完成生产任务并记录数据。
- 按照工艺要求进行操作，监控产品质量并持续改进。
- 负责工作区域的5S管理和设备点检，确保工具设备完好可用。
- 及时上报工作中发现的异常情况。
任职要求
- 高中及以上学历。
- 具备结果导向、主动性、以客户为中心的工作态度。
- 具备团队合作精神和良好的执行能力。
- 遵守公司政策和工厂规章，确保零事故。
必备技能
- 熟悉生产设备操作和数据记录。
- 了解5S管理和设备点检流程。
