Senior Solution Consultant – China Quality

About the role

Veeva is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to lead pre‑sales engagements for its Quality cloud solution across China. You will work closely with Account Partners and customers to demonstrate how Veeva Quality can address regulatory and operational challenges in pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Account Partners to drive end‑to‑end presales cycles for prospective accounts throughout China.
• Conduct deep value discovery with business leaders and end‑users to identify bottlenecks, objectives, and GMP regulatory requirements.
• Design, configure and deliver tailored product demonstrations, workshops and Conference Room Pilots that showcase Veeva Quality’s business value.
• Lead technical components of complex deals, including responding to RFPs/RFIs and maintaining demo sandbox environments reflecting real‑world China GMP scenarios.
• Represent Veeva as a domain advisor at industry conferences, webinars and user meetings, and provide feedback to product and services teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years of software pre‑sales or solution consulting experience in the life‑sciences drug manufacturing domain.
• Proven ability to manage complex enterprise software sales cycles and communicate effectively with senior executives.
• Self‑starter who can work independently and travel 30‑40% across China.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Experience with QMS, MES, LIMS, Plant WMS, EAM or SCADA/Automation systems.
• Hands‑on ability to configure cloud software and manage demo environments.
• Basic scripting or coding knowledge such as Python, JavaScript, REST APIs or SDKs.
