Senior Consultant / Consultant - Commercial Strategy

About the role

Veeva Systems is a mission‑driven leader in industry cloud solutions for life‑sciences companies. As part of the China Business Consulting practice, you will bridge business vision and technology execution, helping top‑tier life‑sciences clients adopt Veeva’s commercial cloud. The focus is on change management, system evaluation and business analysis in the dynamic Chinese market.

Key responsibilities

• Lead organizational change management workstreams for large‑scale digital transformation projects, designing adoption strategies, communication plans and training programs.
• Conduct deep‑dive assessments of clients’ commercial technology stacks and recommend “to‑be” architectures leveraging Veeva’s ecosystem.
• Facilitate workshops with sales, marketing and medical stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Map and re‑engineer commercial processes to align with industry best practices in China.
• Manage critical workstreams to ensure high‑quality, on‑time delivery that meets client strategic goals.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in management consulting, internal strategy or commercial operations within the life‑sciences industry.
• Proven track record in driving user adoption and managing resistance during system implementations.
• Deep understanding of the China pharma commercial model, including VBP impact, NRDL and omni‑channel engagement.
• Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Native Mandarin speaker with fluent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Experience with Veeva CRM or Salesforce ecosystems.
• Change‑management certification such as PROSCI.
• Project‑management certification such as PMP.
