Technician – Preventive & Corrective Maintenance

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems. You will work on lighting, plumbing, HVAC, doors, locks, ceilings and minor electrical fixtures, ensuring safe and reliable operation of the facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out scheduled and on‑demand maintenance tasks on building systems according to requests and vendor escorts.
• Execute work orders safely, efficiently and to quality standards under the guidance of the Senior Technician.
• Document work performed, parts used and time spent in the HOST system or paper logs.
• Follow all safety procedures, wear required PPE and comply with lockout/tagout, ladder safety and chemical handling protocols.
• Manage hand and power tools, request parts or supplies through the Senior Technician, and return equipment in good condition.
• Escalate client concerns or special requests to the LM/Engineering Manager without making independent commitments.
• Support fellow technicians during high‑volume periods and participate in team briefings.
• Attend JLL trainings, stay updated on site‑specific procedures and emergency protocols, and assist with event support such as furniture arrangement.

Required profile

• Ability to follow instructions precisely and work safely in a building‑maintenance environment.
• Willingness to accept coaching and feedback to improve technical skills.
• Good communication skills for reporting unsafe conditions and collaborating with the team.

Required skills

• Preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC, lighting, plumbing and electrical fixtures.
• Use of hand and power tools.
• Knowledge of lockout/tagout and ladder safety procedures.
• Basic understanding of chemical handling protocols.
• Experience documenting work in maintenance management systems (e.g., HOST).
