职位概况
负责远程人才发展与培训项目，打造新员工入职体系、双语微课及跨国文化落地，提升组织效能。
主要职责
- 迭代新员工入职培训体系，梳理流程并沉淀SOP，协同HRBP输出关键岗位技能提升方案。
- 从0到1搭建内部讲师体系，独立开发中英双语课件及轻量化微课、视频指南。
- 主导公司/部门人才盘点，使用Excel或数字化系统进行数据处理，构建胜任力模型与继任者计划。
- 策划远程团队文化活动，设计视觉化跨国宣贯物料，赋能海外团队或外籍员工。
任职要求
- 3-5年互联网、金融、科技或AI行业人才发展与培训管理实操经验。
- 具备独立操盘并成功落地培训项目的完整闭环经验。
- 精通中文和英文，能以英语进行跨国沟通、撰写及授课。
- 熟悉课程开发、胜任力模型建构及人才盘点流程。
必备技能
- Excel（自动化数据处理）
- LMS学习管理系统
- 设计软件与剪辑软件
- AI工具用于视觉内容创作
