About the role

The Course Manager will join the Learning & Development (L&D) team to help shape a future‑ready workforce. You will partner with L&D leaders to design, launch and evaluate innovative learning solutions that respond to evolving business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop curricula or projects that address specific business learning needs, integrating AI‑driven tools where appropriate.
• Collaborate with sponsors to define course objectives and produce high‑level design documentation.
• Oversee the quality and effectiveness of stakeholder‑initiated learning programs.
• Research emerging L&D trends, including AI and new practices, and assess their feasibility locally.
• Drive the initiation and implementation of innovative learning solutions, leveraging AI and other technologies.
• Support the L&D team in building capabilities such as AI literacy and innovative methodology application.
• Contribute to strategic L&D projects focused on improving learning outcomes and operational efficiency.
• Ensure optimal design techniques and delivery formats (blended, virtual) are used.
• Address stakeholder concerns promptly and manage project or curriculum costs effectively.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in training design, development and delivery.
• Extensive project‑management background.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with People Organisation colleagues and key stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within diverse teams.
• Technologically curious, eager to explore AI‑driven learning solutions.
• Flexibility to adapt to ad‑hoc changes in responsibilities.
