职位概况
负责HR大数据分析，为人力资源部门提供创新统计分析，支持业务流程并优化数据内容，提供周期性监控报告。
主要职责
- 负责人力资源大数据分析，为HR部门提供创新的统计分析。
- 与IT合作负责数据提取、数据收集、数据分析，以支持HR业务流程。
- 优化现有数据内容、流程、机制，深度挖掘数据价值，帮助管理层分析并提出改进方案。
- 负责人力资源大数据监控，提供周期性分析报告，并及时与相关团队跟进。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，统计、数学、金融、人力资源等相关专业优先。
- 2年以上数据分析或人力资源数据分析相关工作经验。
- 具备较好的数据敏感度、逻辑分析能力，较强的沟通协调能力。
