Surgical-Technical Sales Representative - Xian

About the role

Medtronic, a global healthcare technology company, is looking for a Surgical-Technical Sales Representative in Xian. This is a sales professional role focused on promoting and selling Medtronic's products and services within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts, meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell Medtronic products and services to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Build and strengthen long-term relationships with stakeholders, including distributors and healthcare professionals.
• Pursue leads, assess needs and provide product services to maximise the value of Medtronic's offerings.
• Promote and establish education about the company's products and services.
• Conduct market research on customers and competitors, and implement market development plans.
• Communicate customer feedback on new products or changes to existing ones to R&D, Operations and Marketing.

Required profile

• High school diploma (or equivalent) and 6+ years of experience, or an Associate's degree and 4+ years, or a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years.
• Relevant sales, clinical or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare or life sciences.
• Ability to work independently with general supervision, build relationships and negotiate with external customers and vendors.
