iCafe Key Account Manager (Internet Cafe & Industry SI)

About the role

Logitech is hiring a Key Account Manager in Xi'an for its iCafe business, focusing on internet cafe and industry system integrator channels. The role covers local channel development, relationship management and sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop the target market: identify, visit and sign contracts with internet cafe system integrators, industry system integrators and core distributors to expand brand coverage locally.
• Maintain long-term relationships with key integrators (owners, business heads and technical heads) and raise loyalty and share.
• Set regional channel sales plans and deliver targets such as sales volume, product coverage and new integrator signings.
• Support integrators with product training, solution support, commercial policy and market activities to help them win projects.
• Gather intelligence on local market trends, competitor policies and price movements to inform product and channel decisions.

Required profile

• University degree or higher, with 5+ years of channel development and sales experience.
• Strong local network of internet cafe system integrators, industry SIs, installers or maintenance providers is preferred.
• Ability to handle frequent visits and short-term travel within the region.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of B2B channel development and management, with strong negotiation and client relationship skills.
• Basic knowledge of internet cafe network architecture, system integration solutions or IT infrastructure, able to match products to customer needs.
