Senior Technical Project Manager (NPI)

About the role

Logitech's Personal Workspace Solution (PWS) engineering group in Suzhou is looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager. You will lead multi-disciplinary technical teams from concept definition through to mass production, driving projects such as new technology development, cross-project features or complete devices.

Key responsibilities

• Scope, plan, manage and coordinate New Product Introduction (NPI) development from concept to delivery, applying project management standards.
• Manage projects involving new technology bricks, cross-project features or complete devices, with internal teams or external partners.
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Supply Chain and Manufacturing to deliver on time within experience, cost and quality expectations.
• Lead a multi-function, multi-site team and synthesize the project's stake to support decision-making.
• Report regularly to key stakeholders and escalate when goals are at risk, including management reviews and gate meetings.
• Identify, evaluate and manage project risks, and take part in troubleshooting, root cause analysis and corrective action.
• Manage the Bill of Materials (BOM) and key project/product documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience in a high-tech environment with a cross-functional, global team managing new product development.
• Deep experience in high-volume consumer electronics; healthcare and B2B product experience is a plus.
• Master's degree in Engineering; formal project management training and certification (PMP) is a plus.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, able to work across organizations and geographies.
