About the role
NXP is looking for an intern for its Analog Design Engineer position in Suzhou, focused on analog and mixed-signal IP design for ARM-based MCU/MPU product development.
Key responsibilities
- Analog / mixed-signal IP design for ARM-based MCU/MPU products
- IP schematic design, analog and mixed-signal simulation, layout design, IP view generation and technical documentation
- Work with the SoC and backend teams on IP integration
Required profile
- Master's degree in microelectronics, electronic engineering or a related discipline
- Basic knowledge of analog/mixed-signal IP design, verification and validation flow
- Experience in LDO, DCDC, data-conversion, clocking or OPAMP design is a plus
- Good communication skills and teamwork for supporting global projects
Required skills
- Familiarity with design EDA tools such as Cadence Virtuoso, Hspice/Spectre, Calibre, Matlab and QRC
