职位概况

罗氏在上海招聘灌装实习生，面向无菌制剂领域。实习生在直线经理指导下参与新项目从工程支持到投产运行的全过程，并参加设备操作、无菌灌装、灯检、CCS等培训。

主要职责

  • 参与新厂房设计建设，包括工厂验收测试（FAT）、现场验收测试（SAT）、安装运行性能确认（IOPQ）等，为项目交付做贡献
  • 参与生产工艺的初步开发和优化，参与运行准备工作
  • 接受生产设备操作、无菌灌装、灯检、CCS实施等培训并取得资质
  • 确保日常操作符合GMP/SHE及相关法规要求，执行生产操作并填写GMP记录，保证数据准确、完整、可追溯
  • 在生产过程中实施冷链管理，熟悉SAP、MES等IT系统操作

任职要求

  • 大专及以上学历，药学、生物学、药品质量与管理等相关专业
  • 熟悉cGMP及制药行业法规，熟悉生产工艺和设备操作者优先
  • 具备良好的沟通能力和跨部门协作能力，工作细致负责
  • 具备基本英语沟通能力优先；2027届应届生，出勤4个月及以上且实习表现优异者有机会转正
